Cancellation Policy

Tattoo Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our studio — we can’t wait to create with you. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Design, Sizing & Pricing Please provide clear references and detailed descriptions when booking your tattoo. Final design, sizing, and placement will be confirmed on the day of your appointment. Final pricing may change depending on the size, placement, detail, or adjustments made to the design. Major design changes within 48 hours of your appointment may require rescheduling and a new deposit. Minor adjustments can be made during your appointment if time allows. Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit will transfer to a new date (one time only). Late reschedules (less than 48 hours’ notice) will result in a forfeited deposit. Cancellations & No-Shows Deposits are non-refundable. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a lost deposit. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation, depending on the schedule. If we must cancel due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited. Age Requirement We tattoo clients 18+ only. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present and sign the consent forms. Preparation for Your Appointment To ensure the best experience: Get a good night’s sleep before your appointment. Eat a meal beforehand and stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours before your session. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area. Touch-Ups One complimentary touch-up may be offered within a specified time period after the tattoo has healed (if needed). Touch-ups may require a separate appointment. Right to Refuse Service Our artists reserve the right to refuse or stop a tattoo session if a client is: Under the influence of alcohol or drugs Disrespectful or aggressive Unable to follow studio policies Deposits will be forfeited in these situations.
